Stir-Fry Sauce for Sweet and Sour Pork
This "Cook Do" sauce offers a perfect blend of sweet and sour flavors using vinegar, tomato, apple juice and other ingredients. With this delicious "Cook Do" sauce, it is easy to produce the distinctive flavor of a favorite chinese dish.

INGREDIENTS: Water, vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce(water, soybean, wheat, salt), corn starch, salt, apple juice, sake, monosodium glutamate, potato starch, worcestershire sauce, chicken extract, pork extract, xanthan gum
COOKING DIRECTION
* 10 oz. Pork, beef or chicken / 1 medium onion, 1 medium green pepper / ?medium carrot, cooked / 4 oz. pineapple chunks(optional)
1) Cut meat into 1 inch cubes, dust with flour and pre-fry.
2) Chop vegetables.
3) Heat 3 tbsp. of oil in a pan. Add meat and stir-fry.
4) Add vegetables and heat.
5) Add "Cook Do" sauce, mix and serve.
